香積飯是慈濟研發的

就是把煮熟的白飯拿去脫水

加熱水20分鐘後便再進食

它還附調味包和配料包 

This product was instanted by Tzu Chi.

Instant rice means rice that has been precooked and dehydrated.

All you need is pour hot water, then wait for about 20 minutes.

我不覺得特別好吃 不過你還是可以試一下
